Technical Notice: Error Identified in Encrypted Survey Links

Hello HDI Customer Satisfaction Index Subscribers:

This message is to inform you that an error occurred in the process that translates encrypted survey links into the URL links that appear in e-mail survey requests that were sent on Monday, June 13th. This will cause an error for some survey respondents which, in turn, may affect the survey response rate for survey requests sent on this date.

The cause was quickly identified and the error has been corrected, and a process was implemented to repair improperly coded URL links still in transit. After a complete analysis, we will provide an estimate of the expected drop in response rate for surveys sent on this date.
