As promised, we have analyzed the response rate data for surveys sent on Monday, June 13th, and this message is to update you on the anticipated drop you may see in the response rate for surveys sent on this date.
Our review and analysis indicates that the response rate for this date was an average of 8% less than the usual response rate for comparable days. As noted in the original technical notice, the error was identified and corrected quickly, and this quick action reduced the impact to a minimal level. Thank you for your understanding.
