Hello HDI Customer Satisfaction Index Subscribers,
We are performing maintenance to the CSI Service this Saturday, March 5. Please be aware that if you log in between the hours of 6:30pm and 9:30pm MST, you may experience system lag due to the rollout. The online portal will be inaccessible for an hour between 7pm and 8pm MST. All incoming data will be queued during this time and will be processed upon maintenance completion.
During this maintenance period we will roll out the new custom questions feature. This first release enables the addition of 2 custom questions per survey with reporting in the Raw Data Report. Alerting and additional reporting will be released at the end of 2nd quarter.
Also, we would like to apologize for the late compilation of February monthly data. We have upgraded the data compiler to prevent this from happening in the future.
