Hello HDI Customer Satisfaction Index Subscribers,
We'd like to remind you that the "On Demand Report" found under "Reports" -> "Old Interface" -> "Schedule / Download" is being retired and is replaced by the "Monthly Summary", "Weekly Summary", "Yearly Comparison", and "Quarterly Comparison" reports. The "On Demand Report" is still available for download through the CSI portal, but only reports on data through December 2010. Going forward, please use the new reports. Also, the "On Demand Report" is no longer being delivered automatically. In it's place the "Monthly Summary", "Weekly Summary", "Yearly Comparison", and "Quarterly Comparison" reports can all be scheduled for automatic delivery if you haven't already done so. If you need any assistance scheduling these reports for automatic delivery, please contact our customer care center at 800-248-5667 or csisupport@thinkhdi.com.
